We collect information you submit through the lead form, including your name, email address, phone number, service interest, message, business selection, and technical metadata needed to operate the service. We may also use basic analytics or server logs to understand site performance and prevent abuse.
Lead information is used to create a request in our database, notify the site operator, route the enquiry to a business where applicable, respond to support requests, improve the marketplace, and protect the service from spam or misuse.
For lead submissions, the primary basis is your consent and the steps needed to respond to your request. Operational logs and security checks may be processed based on legitimate interests such as service reliability, fraud prevention, and maintaining accurate records.
LeadAWin is designed to use PostgreSQL hosting such as Neon for database storage, Prisma for data access, Resend for email notifications, and Vercel or similar infrastructure for deployment. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Lead records should be kept only as long as needed for enquiry handling, business records, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. For an MVP, define a practical deletion schedule before launch, such as reviewing or deleting old leads after a fixed period.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also request a copy of your submitted information or withdraw consent for future processing.
