Phone number, service details, and message fields are optional unless marked otherwise. You should avoid submitting sensitive medical records, identification documents, payment details, or emergency health information through the lead form.
You can ask us to stop processing your lead information or delete your request where legally permitted. If your details have already been sent to a business, you may also need to contact that business directly to manage their copy of the enquiry.
